Mack Thanks Southwest Florida for Re-Election to Congress

Fort Myers – Congressman Connie Mack (R-FL) issued the following statement today following his election to a third term in the United States House of Representatives.

Mack, who won re-election with nearly 60 percent of the vote, said:

“I’m honored to have once again earned the trust and support of the people of our community to serve as their voice in Congress.

“From fighting and winning for key local issues such as expanding I-75 and securing a much-needed veterans clinic, to standing firm for our shared mainstream conservative principles in Washington, I’m proud of our record of accomplishments over the past four years.

“In the coming years I will continue to do all I can to make sure our community remains a great place to live, work and raise a family, and to fight for the ideals of less taxing, less spending, less government and more freedom.

“Working together, our community and our country can continue to accomplish great things.  I am humbled to once again have earned the opportunity to help do just that.”
